Packing Services


What You Need to Know

Our aim to ship out same day if your order is before 1PM or next day with the goal of getting items to our customers as quickly as possible. We know you don't want to have to wait to see your new purchase.

Tracking numbers are sent out once the parcel has been shipped.
All of our shipping rates are weight based. The price is worked out automatically for you all you have to do is put the items into your cart and the shipping rate will be displayed at the checkout. 
Free shipping is available on all orders over £100


What You Need to Know

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us beforehand to see if there is any way that we can help.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you may return the item(s) according to our return policy.

Faults with Orders

What You Need to Know

If there is a problem or fault with your order then please email us with your order number, a description of the fault and images if possible. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution or a refund. 
If an order hasn't arrived
We use Royal Mail for all of our shipping services, and they don't class a domestic package as lost until 15 days after it has been posted. If you have been waiting a while then feel free to contact us on our email and we will chase things up.


What You Need to Know

We do accept trades but we trade through PayPal. What happens is you send us a list of what you have to offer, we value it, then you tell us what you want up to the value. Once that everything is agreed upon we will then send you the value through
PayPal Goods & Services. Once you have received the money you will then transfer us the same value, it is important not to refund and that it is a seperate transaction as this gives us both buyer protection.
